Palace Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel, San Francisco

Fairly clean place with welcoming staff members and city views.

Everything was great, incredible location so close to North beach, enthusiastic staff. A refrigerator, climate control and an iron in my guest room were useful during my stay in a beautiful hotel in the heart of town.

Luxury, clean place and nice area.

The venue is well lit and world-class, its location is perfect, close enough to Union Square, many restaurants and shops, shop.

It had central location close to Year Up. Moreover, there was a lake within 5 mins walk from the hotel. Nice stay, we were there for 4 days.

Everything was perfect, unbeatable location right in the heart of the city, the staff were knowledgeable. It was an excellent stay, brilliant place.

It is undoubtedly a pleasant option when you are in San Francisco. Very modern interior, gorgeous staff and delicious breakfast. King room is stunning, we also liked relaxing views. Easy check in and very good service.

Continental breakfast was absolutely fantastic and the staff were charming.

All good — we loved our stay — food was astonishing and cordial staff. Our double room was very sleek, luxurious. Bar was pretty cosy. Lovely garden and excellent pool. Moreover, WiFi was very useful.

The place was fairly clean with an understanding stuff. Exceptional breakfast, polite service. Had cold drinks in the main bar in the evening.

Interesting hotel, super location and outstanding service. Efficient staff members. I had decent sized and huge room with comfortable bed. The breakfast was perfect, with a huge variety of different options. Beautiful lobby. There was a modest restaurant, the shops and the markets next door...
